North Oaks Home Owners' Association, Inc. (NOHOA) was incorporated on October 20, 1950, in Ramsey County in the state of Minnesota. NOHOA has an office at 100 Village Center Drive, Suite 240, North Oaks, MN 55127. After the 1989 Minnesota Nonprofit Corporation Act, Minnesota Statues Chapter 317A, NOHOA elected to be governed by this Act. NOHOA has elected not to be governed by any of the following acts:
- Minnesota Condominium Act, Minn. Stat. 515;
- Uniform Condominium Act, Minn. Stat. 515A; or
- Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act, Minn. Stat. 515B.
